To secure availability, we suggest reserving your slot a minimum of 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during our busy period from May to September. For company events or private functions, consider booking 4–6 weeks earlier to allow proper preparation and customization of services.
What is the protocol for inclement weather?
Your safety is our foremost concern. Unfavorable weather conditions as judged by our captain may lead to a rescheduling of your charter or a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will get in touch with you if we foresee issues one day before the planned departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, feel free to bring your preferred food and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. We also offer an array of excellent catering options and can tailor food and beverage menus to suit your tastes. For safety measures, glass containers are not authorized on our vessels.
How do you accommodate guests with restricted mobility?
We make it a point to welcome all guests aboard. Certain yachts in our fleet are more equipped than others for accommodating mobility challenges. We ask that you reach out to us during reservation discussions so we can suggest the most suitable yacht and arrange for any necessary amenities.
Could you elaborate on your cancellation policy?
Should you cancel your charter 72 hours prior to departure, we offer a full refund. A cancellation that occurs between 24 to 72 hours beforehand will result in a refund of 50%. We cannot return any fees for cancellations within 24 hours unless the cancellation results from weather conditions or mechanical issues originating from our end.
